Hi Everyone,
It has been crazy, crazy times around here....
For me, the hardest thing about being a teacher is the first day of school, and Monday morning was just that for me.
On last Friday, I bid farewell to my highschoolers, and moved into my new role as a middle school teacher. Monday morning was my first day back at middle school...and it has been a long week so far!!!!
I have been doing little snippets of art thanks to a great class with Gina called No More Excuses. I love how each day we just do little tiny snippets of things that don't take long at all, and you are still very creative...which right now, is exactly what I need.
I have not been able to do my usual blog tour lately, and I can tell you that I really miss the nice dose of inspiration that I get from going to your blogs. I am hoping to get back to regular business this weekend and will be back to your blogs soon!!!!
Take care everyone,
Until next time,
Ophelia

I saw this over on Flickr - it's fab :-) I'm amazed you find time to do any art at all! How old are middle schoolers over there? (I teach age 7 - 11) Hope you find a bit of time for more art x

a happy little dose of something creative is better than no creativity at all! I live by that modo!
take all your duties one duty at a time! one day at a time....
